The goal we set in the previous week was suitable, specific and elaborate enough for our USE-project. This means we can now continue working on the planning as intended.

Also, the coaches mentioned that every group member should clearly know his tasks for the upcoming week, so everybody in the project knows what to expect in the rest of the project.

In the previous meeting, we got the clear criticism that our project goal was way to vague to effectively do a research. It was not yet clear what we were going to do in this project and for what user and environment we were going to apply our research.
The criticism we got about the clear distribution of everyone's personal tasks was tackled by making a clear division of tasks per week.
This week we discussed possible specific research goals and niches. We now decided on a specific research goal which was measurable and realistic for us to do. Everybody is now on one line regarding the heading of this project.

As mentioned above we decide on a specific goal for our project which we tough was realistic in our time frame and measurable. With this clear, the final product of our project was decided to be a model simulation to optimize the algorithm of the window wash robots in our scenario.  
On top of making a specific division of tasks, we also research possible approaches for to development of our algorithm and decided on Netlogo for our modeling program as it's fairly easy to visualize the model in this software. If Netlogo turns out to be an insufficient tool for our model we can always still switch to a more elaborate program like Matlab. <br>
Furthermore, we needed a more specific project planning. So the tasks on the planning were made less general and we now have a planning to guide us through the project.  
Furthermore, we looked into the implementation of water and energy consumption of the robot into our model. This way we should be able to start modeling next week.

We emailed the coaches about our research goal to see if it was suitable for the project. We also made sure everybody understood the goal of our project and could explain this clearly to the coaches.
first of all, we all completed our given tasks for this week on time. This ensures us that we can continue the project according to the planning. We also made sure everyone in the group was known with the task division for the upcoming week, and knew what was expected to be finished after this week is done.
