Questionnaire Water Consumption

We, Meike Berkhoff, Iris Huijben, Floor Fasen and Suzanne Vugs, are four students at the University of Technology in Eindhoven. We are doing a research for a course we are following at the moment.

We appreciate that you would like to help us with our research. The questionnaire will take 15 minutes at most and consists of several questions and audio fragments. Please make sure that your sound is on. When filling in the questionnaire do not overthink your answers too much.

If you encounter any questions which you don't understand, you can write it down at the end of the questionnaire. All of your answers are anonymous and will be treated as confidential. Your answers will only be used for this particular research and will be destroyed afterwards.
