- feet pressure sock

- distance 1,5 meter corona

- something so that blind people do not walk into walls

- tele-nursing

- some type of research about companion bots for the elderly because of less visitors due to corona

- corona detection on the street

- vegetative state

IR camera for detecting people with fever (corona symptom) in a crowd

-IR camera mounted on a pole (for example in a busy shopping street) or on a wall (for example next to hospital-/nursing home-/public building-entrance)

-Camera checks temperature of peoples heads for elevated temperatures, indicating a fever

-Camera notifies a medical person who approaches the tested person and asks to do a more precise temperature measurement with a handheld IR thermometer

-We can work on:

-Software for detecting elevated temperatures in a video of a crowd of people
-Software for notifying a medical person
    -Investigate possible privacy issues
-Create use cases (shopping street, hospital entrance etc.)
-Design physical unit (pole mount and/or wall mount versions)

Camera with microphone to detect coughing people and 1,5m violation in a crowd

-Camera mounted on a pole (for example in a busy shopping street) or on a wall (for example next to hospital-/nursing home-/public building-entrance).

-Camera and microhpone detect when someone is coughing. Medical personal will be notified and approach the person to ask for a corona test.

-Camera can also detect 1,5m violations in a crowd and sound a warning signal/visual signal.

-We can work on:

    -User interface for medical personal/operators
    -Investigate/describe possible software options
    -Investigate possible privacy issues
-Create use cases (shopping street, hospital entrance etc.) and do enquetes
-Design physical unit (pole mount and/or wall mount versions)
-Design 1,5m violation warning screen/sound system

COVID-19 detection system for choke points and crowded places

The article Estimated effectiveness of symptom and risk screening to prevent the spread of COVID-19 has a lot of tables and information about corona detection, it might also be really useful in other parts of the project
