Interview questions
The interview should start with a clear description of the chosen solution. Also, the road which is going to be invested should be mentioned. With this, the interviewee stakeholder should get a clear view/idea of the solution and what the goal of the project is going to be. After this, some in-depth questions can be asked. Form this the constraints, requirements and objections form this stakeholder can be determined.
During the interview, when subquestions are thought, they should be asked.
- (na het uitleggen van het idee). Waar liggen in uw ogen de sterke en zwakke punten van de smart road?
- Zijn er ,na uw weten, wettelijke valkuilen waar wij opmoeten letten?
- Is ons project realisitisch en/of realiseerbaar op de Nederlandse wegen?
- Wat zijn problemen die vanuit Rijkswaterstaat kunnen ontstaan?
