The paper focuses on the construction of both hardware and software of a quadcopter. The software components include a stabilization loop, communication among microcontroller and motors, and communication with an iPhone.
These are all similar to our idea of creating an autonomous drone that can be remotely controlled through a smartphone and it will provide us with a realistic view of how it was achieved.
